I grew up in Chicago and have since called many places home: Buffalo, Atlanta, Olympia, Los Angeles, and Boulder, before eventually settling in southern Maine.

Today, I live on a six-acre farm with my wife, two Australian Shepherds, two cats, and 24 chickens. The quiet rhythm of farm life is a nice counterbalance to a career that has often been fast-paced and city-centric.
Music has always been a constant thread in my life. I am a classically trained singer, and spent a few years touring as a professional a cappella singer. I am a multi-instrumentalist, playing guitar, piano, percussion, and DJing.
I’ve road-tripped through all 50 states and developed a strong affinity for national parks and the outdoors - camping, canoeing, skiing, biking, and hiking whenever I can. I’m also a certified yoga instructor and hold a master’s degree in Ayurvedic medicine, which reflects a long-standing interest in wellness and balance.
Professionally, my path has taken me from working with startups and small businesses to collaborating with Fortune 500 companies and some of the largest and most well-funded government agencies in the country. That range of experience, combined with travel, music, and a love for the outdoors, continues to shape how I approach both work and life: with curiosity, creativity, and an appreciation for the bigger picture.
